SUPPORT OUR
NEW PRODUCTION,
ELLA'S BACKYARD VLOG
Help us reach Russian-speaking children for Christ
OVERVIEW
A new Russian production, Ella’s Backyard Vlog, is in development for 2020. The concept is that Ella will have a YouTube Vlog where she interacts with friends and guests on different topics about God. The show will feature puppets and other engaging elements for children. Using this unique approach, Ella’s Backyard Vlog will explore what the Bible, science and music have to say about God. We believe these various approaches will resonate with a wide variety of children, and invite them to ask questions and learn more about Jesus.
Russian media is a desert for Christian programming: there is almost no Christian children’s programming available. Ella’s Backyard is an oasis in the desert that reaches Russian-speaking children all over the world for Jesus through media. Pray with us that the vision and the passion of Square One World Media’s Russian ministry that was started in 1958 will continue to reach the hearts of the next generation.
We invite you to be a part of this exciting new project by contributing to the cost of building a new studio, and/or partnering with us in prayer.
BACKGROUND INFO
Square One’s ministry team in Moscow began creating the Ella’s Backyard children’s series in 2000. Originally produced for television, the programs are now all available on the Ella’s Backyard YouTube channel. YouTube is more accessible than TV, and it is more interactive: viewers can post their comments and questions about what they’ve seen.
