Kairos Lamhe Has Its Moment

After many meetings and conversations, we are excited to announce that we have added an eighth language to our list of current projects: Punjabi.

Kairos Lamhe (Divine Moments), a Punjabi online video series hosted by Abbotsford-based pastor Arun Passi, has been launched on YouTube and Facebook and will also be on Instagram in the coming months. Arun sees this project as another way for him to reach Punjabi speakers in North America with the Gospel. Arun says this is the primary goal of his ministry, specifically as a Christian who was born in India.

“So many immigrants from my home country are working multiple jobs to make a living here in North America and don’t have time to go to a church service,” Arun says.

“I view this project as a way to reach these people through something almost everyone has these days: their phones.”

Our team originally met Arun in 2024 during a stay with one of our partner churches in Abbotsford. After seeing Arun preach at one of his Punjabi church meetings, the idea for the project quickly fell into place with production starting as early as last September.

We believe that the project is an exciting new way for us to tell the story of Jesus Christ to people around the world through media! Pray for God’s blessing on Arun and this new project.
