WHAT I'M THINKING

MESSAGE FROM OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

When we entered 2025, we knew it would be a year that required faith. Financial challenges pressed us to be careful, prayerful, and deeply dependent on God’s provision. The year called for wisdom and stewardship, and God met us every step of the way. Through the generosity, prayers, and encouragement of people like you, He faithfully provided and sustained this mission.

Thanks to your support, in 2025 we produced over 690 episodes and launched four new projects in English, Punjabi, Arabic, and Low German, sharing the hope of Jesus with listeners worldwide.

Through these efforts, thousands of people around the world heard the Gospel, including individuals in Afghanistan, Iran, and across the Middle East who gave their hearts to the Lord.

This work is only possible because of you. As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude and renewed trust that God will continue to use this ministry to reach hearts around the world.

Thank you for being part of this shared Gospel mission and for helping tell His story to the nations.

May God bless you in this new year,

Shoaib Ebadi

President and Executive Director

THE BIBLE TODAY COMES TO CANADA

From April 21 to May 10 last year, Natalia and Nikolai Chernomor visited Canada to share stories of faith and hope from the war in Ukraine.

They began in Winnipeg, visiting churches, appearing on CHVN Radio, and joining a Coffee House Fundraiser at Grace Cafe. They then travelled across Canada, visiting churches in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, sharing testimonies and inviting prayer for peace and perseverance.

“We thank everyone who made this trip possible,” said the Chernomors. “We hope it inspires support and prayer for Square One and Ukraine.”

Please continue to pray for Nikolai, Natalia, and their team in Ukraine for protection, strength, and hope.

FINDING THE VOICE OF HOPE

In January of last year, Square One launched Voice of Hope, a new Low German video podcast hosted by Ben and Lisa Wall.

Each 15- to 20-minute episode offers practical, wholesome guidance on family, marriage, and everyday life from a Christian perspective.

“There are many spiritual teachings available, but not enough on everyday practical life for this culture,” says Ben. “We feel called by God to fill that gap.”

The series reaches Low German-speaking Mennonites in remote areas of Mexico, Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, Belize, Canada, and the USA.
